Our vision is to see as many people as possible enter into the intimacy of God's tender Father love so they can experience the hope and healing they deserve.

Marilyn Baker

Singer-Songwriter

Marilyn, who became blind soon after birth, demonstrated an extraordinary gift for music from a young age. This talent led her to the Royal College of Music (RCM) and a successful teaching career. Inspired by the beautiful songs written by a fellow RCM student, Marilyn felt a deep desire to communicate her faith through music. She asked the Holy Spirit to anoint her songwriting, and, as she experienced God’s healing touch, she longed to help others discover His love.

God opened doors for Marilyn to record her first album, and, in 1982, He guided her to establish MBM Trust. With the release of more albums, Marilyn rose to prominence as the UK’s most popular female Gospel singer. Over the next 40 years, she travelled extensively throughout the UK and abroad, performing at concerts, church events, and conferences.

Since 2020, Marilyn has expanded her ministry. In addition to leading conferences and events in person, she now ministers online, producing regular podcasts, YouTube videos, and leading virtual concerts and conferences.

Tracy Williamson

Author, Writer and Speaker

Tracy Williamson is ministry partner with Marilyn, and brings a wealth of personal and spiritual experience to their shared mission. Early in life, Tracy suffered from encephalitis, which damaged her hearing and sight, and she faced numerous childhood challenges that profoundly affected her sense of identity. While studying for a BA (Hons) degree in college, Tracy became a Christian and joined Marilyn’s ministry in 1986.

Through the years, Tracy’s powerful testimony and prophetic insights have guided many people toward experiencing God’s life changing love. Since the late 1990’s, Tracy and Marilyn have been leading conferences and workshops focused on the healing power of God’s love and the importance of hearing His voice. Tracy also writes regular, encouraging blogs and devotionals centered on the theme of living unashamed.

A lifelong lover of reading, Tracy finds expression and a means of communication through the written word. She has authored several books, with her latest, ‘Unashamed’, published in September 2023. All of Tracy’s books and blogs are created with the vision of drawing people into a deeper intimacy with God.

Rachel Barr

Office Manager

Rachel, our Office Manager, is an invaluable part of our team. She has been the primary point of contact for MBM for over twenty years and handles everything from planning and organising all our events, to hosting our online conferences and concerts, to managing the accounts and coordinating all our communications.

We are incredibly grateful to have Rachel who, with her exceptional organisational skills and great care and enthusiasm, ensures that everything at MBM runs smoothly.

Arlo

Marilyn's Guide Dog

Marilyn's long-awaited golden retriever guide dog, Arlo, joined her in July 2021. Matching the right guide dog to a person is very important and not always easy, but Arlo is just perfect! A gentle giant, he is very laid back and is careful in guiding Marilyn, not walking too fast. He is always calm and adores meeting visitors and guests at MBM events. He also loves adventures, especially those involving muddy water! He has had some serious health issues but is doing well now. Marilyn says: 'I am so thankful for him and look forward to many more years with my wonderful boy, an awesome gift from God.'
