Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Books: You may return any book within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition. Books must be unused, unread, and undamaged with all original packaging intact.
• CDs: You may return any CD within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition. CDs must be unopened and still in their original shrink wrap.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened CDs: If the CD has been opened or the shrink wrap is removed, we cannot accept it for return due to copyright and piracy concerns.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

3. How to Return an Item

• Step 1: Contact Us
  Before returning any items, please contact us at info@mbm-ministries.org with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item. This helps us process your return more efficiently and address any concerns you may have.
• Step 2: Return Authorisation
  After reviewing your request, we will confirm with you and provide detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not return any items without first obtaining this authorisation.
• Step 3: Packing and Shipping
  Pack the item securely, including all original packaging. Send the package to the address we provide using the shipping method instructed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

• Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@mbm-ministries.org.

6. Additional Information

• Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
